Warehouse Team Lead - Bilingual

Full-Time – Great Temp to Hire Opportunity!

1st shift Monday to Friday

(Available to work weekends and overtime as requested)

Pay Rate: $18 .00 - $20.00 Per Hour

Get Paid every Friday!

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, leadership experience, and a proven ability to improve efficiency while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and mentor the team to achieve operational goals.
• Manage daily workflow and assign tasks to team members to ensure efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Oversee the safe and efficient use of equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist in training and evaluating new employees, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and address any productivity or quality concerns.
• Respond promptly to issues, suggest improvements, and implement best practices.
• Communicate clearly with management and team members to maintain smooth operations.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and production tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) to effectively communicate with all team members and customers.
