Job Description

Utility Associate

Full-Time – Great Temp to Hire Opportunity!

1st Shift – Monday to Friday
07:00 AM to 03:30 PM (available for overtime if needed)

Pay rate: $17/hour

Get paid every Friday!

This position plays an important role in supporting daily production operations through general labor, part preparation, and cleaning tasks. The role also offers potential for advancement to an Associate Machine Operator position based on performance and operational needs.

Qualified Candidate Responsibilities

Assist with part preparation and general cleaning duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Support production operations by performing assigned utility tasks efficiently and accurately.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Ability to read and write in English; bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
