What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests with positivity and professionalism, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.
• Educate members about our services and recommend tailored self-care routines.
• Convert first-time guests into loyal members through confident, consultative sales.
• Manage scheduling, phone inquiries, and point-of-sale transactions with precision.
• Keep our studio pristine and welcoming—reset rooms, restock, and ensure a calming vibe.
• Support member retention with follow-up and personal touches that build community.
• Collaborate with your team to create an energized, mission-driven environment.

You Bring:

• 6+ months of customer service, retail, or sales experience.
• Friendly, enthusiastic energy and genuine interest in wellness.
• Tech-savvy with scheduling, phone, and POS systems.
• Flexibility for evenings/weekends.
• A sales mindset with a member-first approach.
