job summary:
Client is transitioning its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems to Oracle Fusion, a major initiative within the Transformation department that will reshape how HR data, processes, and workflows operate globally. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth, well-governed transition by managing error logs, resolving data discrepancies, and maintaining core transactional HR workflows across system implementations.

responsibilities:

• Analyze daily Oracle Fusion and SuccessFactors error logs to identify, interpret, and resolve data discrepancies and system updates.
• Update and correct employee records in response to identified errors, ensuring strict data integrity across systems.
• Maintain and administer records for the Contingent Worker employee type.
• Support the broader data management team with workload overflow, including Talent Acquisition (TA) processes and potential transition to an International hiring project.
• Manage and resolve data management tickets within ServiceNow.
• Partner and communicate effectively with team members globally to research, verify, and standardize HR data inputs.

qualifications:
Proven experience working within HRIS environments and maintaining HR data integrity.

Solid understanding of core HR processes and the employee lifecycle (onboarding, lifecycle updates, terminations).

Working knowledge of international HR governance, regulatory compliance, and data privacy standards.

Strong attention to detail, analytical troubleshooting skills, and clear cross-functional communication abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience utilizing Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, or SAP SuccessFactors.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for HR ticketing and request management.

Previous exposure to enterprise systems migration or HR transformation projects.
