HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on HR Manager to join a fast-paced retail organization in West Hollywood. This is an urgent hire for a strong HR leader who can partner closely with senior leadership, support employees across the business, and bring a practical, solutions-oriented approach to people operations. The ideal candidate has a proven background in fashion or beauty and understands the pace, creativity, and operational demands of a consumer-facing brand. Experience in retail is essential. This individual should be comfortable balancing strategic HR partnership with day-to-day execution, building trust across teams, and helping create a strong employee experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted HR partner to leadership and employees across the organization. Lead employee relations, performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution. Support recruiting, onboarding, retention, and organizational development initiatives. Ensure HR policies, practices, and processes are consistent, compliant, and employee-focused. Partner with managers to strengthen team performance, communication, and engagement. Bring structure and sound judgment to a growing, evolving business environment. Qualifications Strong HR leadership experience within the fashion or beauty industry is required. Retail experience required, including support of consumer-facing teams. Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion. Confident communicator with strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
