Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license (Alabama or eligibility)
- Experience or interest in pediatric and/or school-based settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
- Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to an educational environment
- Organizational skills and flexibility to adjust as needs arise
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students as indicated by their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Assess students’ physical, developmental, and sensory needs in academic settings
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement targeted interventions
- Maintain clear documentation of student progress and session notes
- Support the educational team in creating inclusive learning environments
