JCW is partnering with a growing compounding pharmacy to hire a Pharmacist in Charge. This is an opportunity to join a small, fast-moving team early and help shape its growth.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee sterile compounding operations
- Maintain licensure and compliance as the business expands
- Partner with leadership on operational priorities
- Support team growth as the pharmacy scales
What you’ll bring:
- Active FL pharmacist license
- Sterile compounding experience
- High-volume pharmacy background
- Team leadership experience
- Strong communication skills
- Multiple state licenses a plus
