Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for an acute care hospital setting. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. The position involves working with a generalized population across a variety of diagnoses. Job responsibilities include assessment and rehabilitation of patients with a range of conditions. Flexibility to float between facilities may be required. Travelers will be expected to work two out of three major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. Compliance with facility policies and communication requirements will be mandatory. Candidates should also have experience with patient education and developing plans of care. Strong assessment skills are essential for delivering quality patient care. Additional experience in techniques related to hand injuries, upper/lower extremity disorders, and neurological rehabilitation is beneficial. This opportunity requires a commitment to patient safety and diligence in risk assessments. Applicants must provide references covering professional experience within the last three years.
