Pay & Benefits:

• Salary range: $250,000 $325,000/year (discussed upon interview)

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality neonatal clinical care at a Level III NICU
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including NNPs and pediatric specialists
• Attend high-risk deliveries and assess critically-ill newborns
• Support transport and stabilization of neonatal patients
• Follow evidence-based practices to ensure optimal outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

What You Need:

• Valid medical license in New York
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Fellowship completed in Neonatology
• Strong teamwork and clinical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment

About the Assignment: You will join a busy regional perinatal center offering comprehensive women's health and Level III NICU services, serving approximately 1,500 deliveries annually and managing around 300 NICU admissions. The team provides advanced ventilation support and benefits from excellent nursing and pediatric subspecialty services.
