About Us:
The Plus Group, in partnership with our client, is looking for a detail-driven Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This is a seasonal role through January 2027, offering a fantastic opportunity to sharpen your skills in accuracy, focus, and organization. What You'll Do:

• Data Entry clerk accurately enters enrollment updates (additions, terminations, and changes) into the AS400 system while meeting service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Review discrepancy reports, investigate issues, and resolve or request documentation as needed.
• Communicate with Account Coordinators to clarify data entry questions and plan rules.
• Data Entry Clerk handles reconciliation and adjustments for the Small Business Rewards Program.
• Support data entry quality checks, Freshdesk ticket staging, and scanning/indexing files.
• Provide back-up support during high-volume enrollment periods.
• Assist clients with username and password reset requests.
• Maintain organized files and document control procedures.
• Ensure all emails and phone calls are responded to within the same day-or escalate when extra help is needed.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in administrative support and data entry.
• Experience in healthcare or insurance is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to focus, and eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.

Work Environment:

• Office-based role in Oakland, CA.
• This is an on-site only position (non-negotiable). Very Bartable (12th Street BART station)!

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
