Front Desk Receptionist Join Clear Lake Endodontics as a Front Desk Receptionist in Webster, TX, where you will be the friendly face and voice of our practice. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner. Process patient registration and insurance information efficiently. Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Handle billing and payment transactions accurately. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office operations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using office equipment and software. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Friendly demeanor and a passion for providing excellent patient care. Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
