About the Role Join our clients team as a Recruiter, leading full-cycle recruitment high volume recruitment. This is a direct hire, full-time, onsite position focused on high-volume, year-round hiring for our New Jersey territory. Key Responsibilities Source candidates via social media, job boards (especially Indeed), resume searches, and employee referrals. Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews. Manage the entire hiring process, including background checks. Attend community events and career fairs to promote opportunities. Participate in employee engagement activities and team events. Requirements Experience in high-volume recruitment Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Valid driver’s license required. Comfortable with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes. Hourly pay: $24–$25/hr, with overtime eligibility. Benefits start day one: medical, dental, vision, Teladoc, 401K PTO This is a full-time position with a pay range of $24–$25 per hour and eligibility for overtime compensation.
