Recruiter

Source One Technical Solutions, a 25-year-old NJ-based staffing firm specializing in consulting services, is looking to add a recruiter to our team due to expansion. This is a full-time, fully remote permanent position. Source One primarily focuses on staffing of Information Technology, Scientific, Engineering, Procurement/Supply Chain and Financial consulting positions.

Responsibilities include:

- Sourcing and delivering high-quality candidates across various skill sets in a high volume, fast-paced environment; utilizing sourcing methods and techniques, i.e. job boards, internal candidate tracking database, social networks, professional networking, etc.

- Pre-qualify candidates to ensure proper skill set match with available positions.

- Perform documentation of communications in internal candidate tracking database (Job Diva).

Job Requirements/Skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred

- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in either an agency or corporate environment, utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

- Experience recruiting for IT and/or engineering professionals is required

- Ability to write effective search strings applying Boolean logic

- Strong sense of urgency, highly motivated, and focused

- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines under stringent time constraints

- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

- Besides constant phone and email interaction with candidates, must have excellent written skills for proofreading and editing resumes before submitting to clients

- Ability to develop and manage relationships with candidates and develop a network for sourcing skilled candidates

- Strong work ethic and self-motivated personality

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to take direction with minimal supervision

- Flexibility to take on more responsibilities as needed
