About our Agency:
I started my career as a State Farm agent back in 1985. I hold a Bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University and a Master's degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy. I have been an active member of the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce for 35 years, and I am honored to be a recipient of the Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow award. Additionally, I am involved in the Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and support the Boy Scouts of America. Living in Delray Beach for over four decades, I have truly become a part of the community.

My agency has been recognized with the Crystal of Excellence award for an impressive 25 consecutive years. At the office, we prioritize teamwork and collaboration. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with John Peters - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
