Responsibilities: Create and manage Purchase Orders, Blanket Agreements, and Master Contracts . Source materials, supplies, equipment, and services according to specifications. Negotiate vendor pricing, terms, and conditions. Monitor PO ETAs, expedite deliveries, and resolve past-due orders. Investigate and resolve purchasing and invoicing discrepancies. Review bid documents for accuracy and completeness. Maintain procurement, contract, and PO records for audit compliance. Update procurement systems and communicate delivery/status information to internal teams. Perform other Buyer/procurement duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent related experience. Experience with public purchasing/procurement, POs, contracts, bidding, and vendor negotiations . Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, and automated procurement systems. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
