NW Industrial Staffing is seeking an experienced **Production Lead **on swing shift for ceiling manufacturing facility in Springfield to assist with managing quality, the schedule and safety:

**What we are seeking: **

• 2+ years of experience as a lead or in a leadership role in a manufacturing facility. (Wood production preferred)
• Experience implementing production schedules to meet production deadlines and takt times.
• This would include assigning capable team members to the assignment while monitoring to make sure ergonomic principles are practiced.
• Previous experience as a working lead, working alongside co-workers in operating machinery and moving products.
• A keen eye for detail and previous quality control experience to monitor products for abnormalities or defects.
• Lead the team in changeover and machine setup for the next batch of panels and products.
• Work with the management team to discern machinery issues along the line and troubleshoot accordingly.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for team members and communicate safety issues or production issues to supervisors.
• Familiarity working with management and co-workers to set and achieve realistic production goals
• Ability to fill out breakdown sheets and BOMS.
• Proficient in training and coaching co-workers.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasion
• Can stand, stoop, walk, bend, push, and pull for an 8 to 10-hour shift.
• Great work ethic. Attendance and punctuality for setting the standard as a lead for the crew.

• Location: Springfield, OR

• Shift: Swing

• Schedule: M-TH

• Hours: 4:15pm-2:30am

• Pay Range: $21.00-$24.00/h
