Production Lead (Swing Shift)

Our ceilings have been installed everywhere from universities, schools, auditoriums and hospitals to funky offices all over North America. About The Role You will be on the front lines producing our wood ceilings. Your Primary Responsibilities Ensure proper sanding and application of coatings to all projects moving through work centers Execute priorities based on the production plan, by interfacing with department supervisor and DBR+ Monitor the quality of the sanding, finishing and staining processes, as well as the overall quality of inbound materials.
