Client Service Manager

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced banking professional to lead a Commercial Client Services team supporting corporate and middle-market clients. This individual will oversee daily service delivery, develop staff, partner with key business lines, and drive a high-quality client experience across commercial banking relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for servicing commercial and corporate banking clients.

• Partner closely with relationship managers and business leaders across various industry segments to ensure exceptional client support.

• Coach, mentor, and evaluate team members while fostering a collaborative culture.

• Build strong partnerships with operations, treasury management, product, customer support, and other internal stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve procedures, and enhance service quality.

• Escalate and resolve complex client issues while maintaining strong service standards.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of banking, commercial banking operations, treasury management, or client service experience.

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Knowledge of commercial deposit products, cash management solutions, and online banking platforms.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or banking systems.
