Account Manager

to join our Client Services team. This individual will liaise with all departments to provide strategy and planning across multiple accounts. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Support Account Directors and account leads in delivering excellent client service, responding promptly to requests and managing client expectations. Build strong relationships with clients and external partners, including ticketing, press, and specialist agency teams where relevant. Translate client briefs into clear plans for internal teams. Manage project timelines, track progress, and help deliver campaigns from planning through completion. Partner with Creative Studio and other teams to develop campaign plans, improve workflows, and resolve challenges. Prepare for and help lead effective client meetings, with clear agendas, decisions, action items, and follow-up. Support campaign strategy and planning, including media strategy where appropriate. Complete weekly billing, coordinate project estimates and invoicing, and support Account Directors or account leads in managing budgets. Help train and coach Account Coordinators. Anticipate peak periods and potential workflow issues, managing up to Account Directors with recommendations and solutions. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 3 - 5 years of experience as a client account executive, account coordinator, or related role. Experience in arts, culture, entertainment, and theater, is a plus. Strong client relationship and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and move work forward. A proactive, resourceful approach and sound judgment when solving problems or anticipating client needs. An entrepreneurial spirit; proven record for being a self-starter, proactive, and the ability to work autonomously. The ability to contribute to campaign strategy and work effectively with creative, media, and other specialist teams. An understanding of project budgets and financial goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with Asana is a plus. WHAT WE OFFER: The salary range for this position in New York, NY is $66,300 to $84,999 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and years of experience.
