About the Position

Job Title

Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 4x10 Hours | 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear stress tests in a high-volume outpatient and inpatient setting
• Conduct HIDA scans, VQ scans, biliary studies, lymph injections, and amyloid studies
• Operate GE imaging equipment including SPECT CT (G850)
• Provide care and imaging services for adult and geriatric patient populations
• Participate in weekday on-call coverage twice per week (4:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
• Fulfill every-other-weekend on-call requirements (Saturday or Sunday, not both consecutive days) and holiday coverage as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT (N) – Nuclear Medicine certification required
• Active ARRT (R) – Radiography certification required
• NMTCB certification required
• Current BLS certification (AHA only) required
• Active Maryland state license required at time of submission
• Must maintain a permanent address 50 or more miles from the facility location

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with GE nuclear medicine equipment and SPECT CT technology
• Familiarity with high-volume nuclear cardiology and outpatient imaging workflows
• Comfort floating within specialty and to other units within scope as needed
