Parts Advisor
The Parts Advisor is responsible for selling parts and accessories to service technicians and customers.
Essential duties include:
- Handling telephone orders efficiently.
- Preparing parts counter sales tickets thoroughly.
- Costing parts on repair orders.
- Assisting in receiving parts in the shipping area.
- Carefully checking invoices against orders and stock shelves promptly.
- Helping maintain parts storage in an orderly condition.
- Informing technicians and customers when special order parts arrive.
Physical demands include:
Being able to carry more than 5 lbs.
Work environment includes:
Being able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Being able to work independently or in a team environment.
Other requirements include:
- Must be 21 years old or older.
- Must have a valid Texas driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening test.
- Must be able to pass a background screening check.
