Part-Time Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Title: Hybrid Clinical Research Coordinator Hours: 24 hours per week Contract: End of December 2026 Job Description This Clinical Research Coordinator role supports a Pneumococcal Disease clinical trial at a research site in the Edinburgh, TX area. You will play a key part in identifying and recruiting eligible participants, educating them about the study, and ensuring they remain engaged and compliant throughout the trial. The position requires clinical research experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate confidently with both participants and research staff. The position has a very flexible schedule. Responsibilities + Community Outreach: Visiting clinics and hospitals to educate medical professionals and patients about the clinical trial, distributing study materials, posting recruitment materials, and maintaining online portals to track metrics. + Referral Physician Networking: Building relationships between clinical researchers and community physicians to facilitate patient recruitment for clinical trials. + Perform patient recruitment through community outreach efforts to spread study awareness. + Partner with local clinics and medical professionals for patient referrals. + Educate providers about the clinical trial and participant qualifications. + Visit local community locations and attend community events. + Post recruitment materials in targeted locations throughout the community. + Educate potential participants on the clinical trial. Essential Skills + Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator. + 2+ years of patient recruitment experience. + Bilingual in Spanish and English. + Training in HIPAA & Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong organizational skills. + Excellent communication skills. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Edinburg, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
