All levels of entire management staff, including owners, started at entry level positions. What You’ll Do Collaborate with sales and marketing staff to develop and execute sales and marketing plans. Establish/Followsystems, policies,and proceduresto drive continual improvement of key functional businessareas. Oversee the Operations Manager to ensure profitabilityand high customer satisfactionof moves. Responsible for employee development, accountability,and corrective action programs. Drive communication upward through weekly/monthly reports of all functional areas for executive review. Review financial statements, sales reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement. This role includes various responsibilities, but your primary objective is to lead and grow your location’s sales. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a high-energy Head Coach who can drive performance and push our Rocky Hill, CT team to the next level. A degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred but not required. Candidates must have prior experience in sales, business, management, or a closely related field. Demonstrated ability to lead by example to motivate,developanddirect people. Ability to assess the performance of self,employees,andfranchiseto make improvements or take correctiveaction.
