IT Service Desk Specialist Windows & Security
NCMIC
NCMIC is seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to provide frontline technical support across multiple channels, resolving issues with Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, and AV setups. You will triage, document resolutions, and escalate complex problems as needed. You’ll assist with security-related reports, maintain knowledge bases, and perform onsite support when required, including hardware swaps and onboarding tasks.
