Must Have Technical/Functional Skill
SAP Vertex functional Consultant, US taxation (Indirect tax) Roles & Responsibilities• Handle L1/L2/L3 support tickets related to SAPVertex
• Handle L1/L2/L3 support tickets related to SAPVertex integration
• Troubleshoot tax determination issues across Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, and Finance modules
• Analyze logs, RFC connectivity, and API calls between SAP and Vertex
• Ensure timely resolution as per SLA and document RCA Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000 a year TCS Employee Benefits Summary:
