Location: St. Petersburg,FL, US Date Posted: 07-20-2026 Job Description Experience: Senior Level Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year Job Details Responsibilities Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, shop drawings, and project documentation Maintain project management systems including Procore, Bluebeam, and related software Support communication between project teams, subcontractors, architects, and field staff Participate in project meetings and maintain logs/tracking documentation Review construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work Support procurement, scheduling coordination, and material tracking Assist with punch lists, closeout documentation, and quality control efforts Provide support to field operations and superintendents as needed Qualifications 1-3 years of commercial construction experience or related internship/co-op experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, ProjectSight, or similar software is a plus OSHA 10 preferred A bit about us A growing commercial general contractor is seeking a Project Engineer to support commercial construction projects throughout the Southeast.
