Full Time | 1099 Independent Contractor Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with flexibility based on project demands VN Florida Home LLC is seeking a hands‑on Production Manager to oversee residential rehab projects across Pinellas County. This role is responsible for managing contractors, vendors, timelines, budgets, and daily field operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and ready for rent or resale. Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple residential rehab projects from start to completion Coordinate contractors, vendors, and subcontractors Track project timelines, budgets, and production progress Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Construction, rehab, property management, or renovation experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Highly organized, proactive, and accountable Work Environment Fast‑paced, field‑based construction environment Daily travel throughout Pinellas County with occasional travel to Pasco County Strong growth opportunity based on performance Compensation And Growth $30 per hour with opportunity for increase after 3 months Bonuses based on performance from the start This role is critical to keeping projects moving efficiently while supporting the company’s continued growth and operational success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
