Clinical Case Manager - Community-Based Behavioral Health

WellPower is looking for Clinical Case Managers in Denver to provide comprehensive psychological and behavioral case management services. You will support clients in meeting basic needs and improving their abilities to function in the community. Responsibilities include coordinating services, assisting with daily living skills, and engaging with families. The position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and entails Monday-Friday work hours.
