About the Role:

As an ADON/MDS, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, and reporting of assessment data. Your primary focus will be on ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise will enable us to make informed decisions, identify trends, and drive business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues, develop and maintain data quality initiatives, and implement process improvements to enhance data management efficiency.

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of assessment data, including data collection, analysis, and reporting

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of assessment data with regulatory requirements

• Develop and maintain data quality initiatives to improve data accuracy and completeness

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and implement process improvements

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and recommend business solutions

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure data needs are met
