Right Value Auto Sales is a locally owned used car dealership in Grayson, GA, dedicated to helping customers find quality, reliable vehicles at fair prices. We're building our sales team from the ground up and looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to help us grow.
Job Summary
We are hiring our first Automotive Sales Representative to help customers through the entire car-buying process, from greeting them on the lot to closing the deal. This is a great opportunity for someone who is driven, enjoys working with people, and wants to earn based on their performance.
Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers visiting the dealership, in person and via phone/online inquiries
- Understand customer needs and guide them to vehicles that fit their budget and lifestyle
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, financing options, and pricing
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat and referral business
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the dealership's CRM
- Keep up to date on inventory, promotions, and financing options
- Represent the dealership professionally and build long-term customer relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the automotive industry (required)
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to meet sales goals
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Available to work the required schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Comfortable using CRM and sales/inventory management platforms
Compensation
- Commission-based pay structure with a $500/week guaranteed minimum if commissions don't reach that amount
- Uncapped earning potential based on performance
