Shipping and Logistics Assistant

- Transport shipments and inventory between the warehouse and office locations as needed
- Retrieve incoming deliveries and ensure the timely transfer of products and supplies
- Deliver office and operational supplies to designated departments when requested
- Assist with preparing, organizing, and processing outgoing patient shipments
- Support shipping and fulfillment activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Restock inventory, supplies, and materials to maintain organized workspaces
- Assist with inventory management and maintain accurate stock levels
- Help maintain organization and cleanliness within the warehouse and storage areas
- Provide general operational support to improve workflow and daily logistics processes
- Perform additional logistics and administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift and transport packages and supplies as needed
- Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
