About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer. This pivotal role involves being the right-hand person to the COO and encompasses a wide range of strategic, tactical, and organizational responsibilities. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the implementation of key decisions, ensuring alignment and accountability across the organization. They will also be responsible for consolidating strategic insights, communicating with stakeholders, and supporting the development of both internal and external materials. The Chief of Staff will act as a human router, overseeing the execution of tasks and the implementation of new ideas, and will be at the forefront of initiatives to enhance the company's effectiveness. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience at the executive level in a growth organization, with a proven track record in building and leading technology companies or consulting. The role requires outstanding business judgment, analytical skills, and the ability to make effective decisions. A passion for the blockchain, crypto, or web3 space is essential, as is the ability to operate in a startup or client service environment. The Chief of Staff will be expected to be a creative problem-solver, capable of coming up with innovative ways to improve the organization, and to be adept at managing and scaling new initiatives.
