About the Position
Rinofi is seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support across various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and tracking interactions.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with customer service software, databases, and tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic approach to customers.
