Job Description
Infin Moving is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our Columbus operations. This role assists customers with scheduling moves, answering service-related questions, and ensuring a smooth experience from booking to completion.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule residential and commercial moving services
- Provide information regarding pricing and availability
- Update customer records and job details
- Coordinate with dispatchers and moving crews
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred
