• Conduct both routine and specialized clinical laboratory analysesincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, and moreadhering to established laboratory protocols.
• Ensure accurate results by analyzing test findings, troubleshooting discrepancies, and performing necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for diagnostic testing as needed.
• Document all laboratory procedures meticulously, while providing guidance to new staff and contributing to maintaining lab quality standards.
• Foster a safe and clean work environment, upholding all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
