Development Business Analyst, Senior Department: Development Employment Type: Full Time Location: Dallas Description Infor is seeking a Senior Dev Business Analyst to work in our Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX office. This role is ideal for an analytical, collaborative professional with a passion for driving operational excellence and delivering measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define business problems, design data-driven solutions, and influence strategic decisions that accelerate growth and efficiency across Infor’s enterprise landscape. A Typical Day in the Life Includes: Collaborate with business leaders to identify, assess, and prioritize business challenges and opportunities Lead end-to-end analysis initiatives, from scoping to execution, to deliver actionable insights and recommendations. Design and document business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications for systems and process enhancements. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by providing robust business cases and ROI analysis to support strategic initiatives. Work closely with IT, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions. Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement across critical business functions. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and data discovery sessions with precision and purpose. Basic Qualifications: Experience in business analysis, consulting, or strategy roles, ideally within a SaaS or enterprise software environment. Experience in business process modeling, data analysis, and requirement gathering methodologies. Experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, and project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
