Industrial Maintenance Technician - 1st/2nd/3rd Shift

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive – Based on Experience

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical background to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and production equipment. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys diagnosing equipment problems and keeping production running.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial machinery and production equipment
Perform hydraulic and pneumatic repairs
Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues
Repair motors, pumps, bearings, belts, chains, conveyors, gearboxes, and other machine components
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
Diagnose equipment breakdowns and complete repairs quickly to minimize downtime
Replace worn or damaged machine parts
Read mechanical diagrams, schematics, and equipment manuals
Perform equipment adjustments, installations, and changeovers
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
Follow all safety and lockout/tagout procedures

Qualifications

Previous industrial maintenance or machine repair experience required
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience working with hydraulics and pneumatics
Knowledge of motors, pumps, bearings, conveyors, gearboxes, and production machinery
Basic electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
Welding/fabrication experience is a plus
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Able to work independently and troubleshoot problems from start to finish
Manufacturing, foundry, machining, or heavy industrial experience is a plus

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined and experienced in fixing machines , not just performing building or facility maintenance. You should be comfortable getting hands-on with equipment, finding the cause of a breakdown, and making the necessary repairs.
