Network Project Manager - Fiber Build (Las Vegas)

The Network Project Manager leads largescale fiber build projects end to end-from planning through construction and market launch. This role owns scope, schedule, budget, and execution, coordinating internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure ontime, onbudget delivery. This role supports the organization's transition to Vitruvi and plays a key role in ensuring continuity and successful execution during the move.

Day to Day
• Manage fiber network build projects from planning through construction completion
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, and project tracking
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams, contractors, and vendors
• Maintain inmarket presence to support field execution and resolve issues
• Identify risks and drive mitigation and corrective actions
• Lead status reviews and deliver executiveready updates
Partner with local market and operations teams to support launch readiness

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years managing large infrastructure or network projects
• Direct experience with new fiber construction projects
• Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, risks, and resources
• Experience leading crossfunctional teams and managing vendors/contractors
• Comfort working with data, budgets, and project tracking tools
• Excel required; ~30% of daytoday
• Clear communicator with both field teams and executive leadership
Willingness to be inmarket as needed to support construction and issue resolution


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with largescale fiber network deployments
• Exposure to permitting, ROW, utility coordination, or market launch readiness
Executive reporting or dashboard experience (PowerPoint, Power BI)
