ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 and we currently have two team members, with a strong foundation in place as we continue to grow. Before becoming an agent, I spent over 15 years in the telecommunications industry working in sales, business development, and sales management. That experience shaped how I lead today — with clear goals, strong customer focus, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

I have a bachelor’s degree in business management, and outside the office I’m a proud husband and dad to an 11-year-old son. We stay busy with sports and love being outdoors, snow skiing in the winter, boating in the summer, and enjoying everything our area has to offer. I’m also very involved in my son’s sports and spend a lot of time volunteering and helping where I can.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for TJ Hake - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
