We are committed to fostering a culture where you feel equally supported, empowered, and inspired to make a meaningful difference.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesHousekeeping (Public Areas)Clean common areas as scheduled.Clean occasional stains/spots, as needed.Clean public restrooms daily.Wash windows in public areas quarterly or more often, as needed.Housekeeping (Individual Units)Clean designated apartments weekly as directed.Clean occasional stains/spots, as needed.Deep clean all vacated apartments to prepare for the next resident.Assist with exterior window washing twice a year.Housekeeping (General)Ensure a safe living environment for residents.Report concerns or observation about residents to supervisor.Report needed supplies and/or equipment repairs to supervisor.Respond to requests from residents and staff promptly and efficiently.Empty trash containers on a regularly scheduled basis and as needed.Assist in serving meals and/or bussing tables, as needed.Attend staff and in-service meetings.Report any on-the-job injuries to the supervisor before the end of the work shift on the day the injury occurs.Maintain confidentiality of verbal and written information pertaining to residents, community operations and personnel.Other duties as assigned.Perks and BenefitsBirthday & Anniversary PTOPTO accrual on Day ONEReferral BonusPay Advance ProgramGenerous benefit offerings to include: Medical/ Dental/Vision/ Accident/ STD/LTDEmployer paid Life policyFree meal during certain shifts
