$90k to $110k base + 10-15% Bonus

What You’ll Do

• Own adjusted reporting beyond standard GAAP — add-backs, consolidations, and the entries that land results in the right layer of the financials
• Prepare all entries supporting adjusted reporting on a recurring monthly cycle
• Build the monthly reporting decks that go to the ownership group and the board
• Partner with financial reporting leadership on consolidations and month-end close
• Contribute to process-improvement and SOX initiatives as the function scales

What You Bring

• Financial reporting/close experience with a blend of public accounting and industry (preferred but not required)
• Strong command of consolidations, journal entries, and adjusted/non-GAAP reporting
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, with solid command of the Microsoft Suite
• Comfort using AI tools to work faster and sharper
• A true self-starter who can operate independently and drive work forward
• CPA preferred, not required
