Top-ranked Custom Home / Luxury Homebuilder in Martin County seeking a Project Accountant who will work collaboratively within our Accounting division supporting the operations of our growing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing project-specific costs, subcontractor invoicing, AIA Pay Apps, and owner billings
Maintain a system of accounting records and techniques
Communicate with Vendors and Clients/Homeowners and execute all AP and AR responsibilities
Check the accuracy of business transactions, including Vendor compliance to invoicing requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
4 year Accounting degree required
Procore experience is required
Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in residential homebuilding industry or other construction industries
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Deadline and detail-oriented
