Senior Manager, Pro Digital Experience

Identify, research, and analyze growth opportunities; develop strategies to capture those opportunities; test and refine recommendations; evaluate results; and drive implementation. Partner with cross-functional teams to maximize customer value, address operational business needs, and grow share of the complex Pro business. The role will also partner with Marketing, Sales, Field Operations, and Pro teams to drive awareness, adoption, and utilization of strategic digital capabilities, ensuring product investments deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes.This Sr. Manager will be primarily responsible for the business success of up-funnel initiatives within the B2B Core Digital Experience, including but not limited to Home Page, Browsing, Search, Catalog, and Lists. In addition to the up-funnel “Shop” capabilities and experiences, this role will collaborate with leaders responsible for the “Plan” and “Manage” capabilities and experiences to deliver a cohesive end-to-end customer experience and business outcomes. The role will also develop activation strategies and enable Marketing, Sales, and Field teams to effectively promote and support Pro digital capabilities, driving engagement and adoption across customer segments.Key Responsibilities:20% Business Acumen / Data Analysis - Responsible for ownership of individual or team work through Identifying, researching and measuring ongoing effectiveness of programs against metric targets; Develop and execute ongoing enhancement/optimization strategy based on measured performance and customer feedback; Trouble shoot and problem solve for ongoing operational needs as they arise20% Develop Recommendations - Prioritizes team issues and brainstorm/develop solutions and recommendations by leading or working within a diverse cross-functional team (store leaders and associates, merchants, internal and external teams, vendors, etc.)40% Leadership - Responsible for the assessment and selection of talent, builds effective teams, develops others through coaching feedback and guidance, aligns goals, and creates a positive culture through driving engagement20% Project Management - Responsible for leading teams to drive the creation and implementation of new initiatives using diverse problem-solving methodologies; May work on medium to large initiative-specific projects within workstreams; Effectively communicates projects and recommendations through accurate documents and presentations; Has the ability to present and deliver to a wide variety of stakeholder including executive leaders and sponsorsDirect Manager/Direct Reports:This position typically reports to Director or Sr. DirectorThis position has 1-3 Direct ReportsTravel Requirements:Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.Physical Requirements:Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about.
