$18 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times.
• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote their independence.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team.
• Support residents during meals, encouraging nutritious choices and assisting with feeding as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following established protocols and infection control measures.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident's unique needs and preferences.
