Our pediatric dental office is seeking a front office assistant to join our team! We are dedicated to exceptional customer service and the highest quality dental care.
- The ideal candidate will be outgoing, professional, organized, detail oriented, and able to confidently communicate with our patients and their parents.
- Duties will include scheduling and confirming patient appointments, verifying insurance, answering phones, presenting treatment plans, collecting payments, and assisting with office marketing and promotion.
- Experience in the dental or medical field and customer service are preferred.
