Work Location: Irvine CA

About the Role

• Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network issues
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and standard applications
• Perform user account management (password resets, account unlocks, MFA support)
• Install and maintain antivirus/endpoint protection tools
• Ensure systems are updated with latest patches and security updates
• Assist in identifying and reporting phishing emails or suspicious activities
• Perform basic malware checks and system scans
• Support device encryption (e.g., BitLocker) and enforce security policies
• Help in endpoint hardening (screen lock, access restrictions, USB control)
• Assist in incident response (L1) by isolating affected systems and escalating issues
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with company policies

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking
• Understanding of endpoint security concepts (antivirus, patching, MFA)
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Defender, Intune, or SCCM (basic level)
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
