Our facility encourages collaboration, and you will have the opportunity to work alongside both experienced therapists and newcomers, fostering a community of growth and shared learning.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations to develop tailored treatment plans.Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and modalities to relieve pain and improve mobility.Set measurable therapeutic goals and continually assess patient progress through regular evaluations, adapting treatment plans as required.Document all treatments, patient responses, and outcome measures in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.Educate patients and their families on the principles of physical therapy, self-care techniques, and the use of assistive devices if necessary.Participate in continuing education and training programs to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with best practices in physical therapy.Patient Population / Client FocusOur client base ranges from children to adults dealing with sports injuries, post-operative recovery, chronic pain, and a variety of musculoskeletal disorders.
