Payroll Specialist: Precise Pay & Data Steward

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Payroll Specialist to maintain payroll records for all staff, collect and analyze information to resolve discrepancies, and answer questions from employees and the Payroll Manager, upholding confidentiality and compliance. Key tasks include entering data into the payroll system, processing hires and terminations, generating earnings and tax reports, balancing totals, resolving issues, and supporting the payroll and finance teams on special projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr Northwestern Medicine
