Senior Recruiter

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from intake through offer acceptance.• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and talent requirements.• Develop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.• Recruit for positions including project management, construction management, operations leadership, estimating, VDC/BIM, project controls, accounting, finance, HR, safety, procurement, recruiting, and executive leadership.• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess technical qualifications, cultural fit, and long-term potential.• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring team feedback.• Prepare candidate summaries and hiring recommendations for leadership review.• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting workflows within JazzHR and other recruiting systems.• Support offer generation, offer presentation, and onboarding coordination.• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring activity, pipeline health, and search progress.
