Entry-Level Recruiter

Are you organized, personable, and someone who enjoys connecting with people? We’re looking for an Entry-Level Recruiter to join our team and help support our growing hiring needs.

In this role, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for potential candidates, helping create a positive experience from the initial conversation through the interview and onboarding process. You’ll assist with recruiting, candidate sourcing, scheduling, administrative tasks, and keeping our hiring process organized and moving efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people while also being detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

What You’ll Do

• Source and identify potential candidates through job boards and recruiting platforms
• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
• Serve as a first point of contact for applicants and provide a professional, welcoming candidate experience
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
• Follow up with applicants throughout the recruiting process
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting records
• Assist with applicant tracking systems
• Support new-hire paperwork and onboarding coordination
• Complete general administrative and computer-based tasks
• Keep recruiting calendars, candidate pipelines, and documentation organized
• Communicate with team members regarding hiring needs, interview schedules, and candidate progress
• Help ensure recruiting and onboarding processes remain organized and compliant

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable speaking with candidates by phone, email, in-person, and video
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Professional, dependable, and responsive
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new recruiting systems
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently when needed
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Recruiting, customer service, administrative, or office experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, in-office
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, remote
• Full-time schedule

Compensation & Perks

• $700 per week + performance bonuses
• Weekly pay
• Performance-based bonus opportunities
• One remote workday each week
